Pricing

 

  • Processing prices include custom butchering and wrapping in traditional butcher paper with a separate plastic lining.
  • Livestock drop-off day is Monday.  The animals are slaughtered on Monday as well.  Beef is ready for pick up on Friday of the following week.  Fresh pork is ready for pick up on Friday of the same week it was dropped off.  Cured meat is ready two weeks from when the fresh meat was ready.
  • We recommend scheduling your processing at least a month in advance.
